Fees and Financial Support

📝 Application Fee

Students applying to the ReMatric programme are required to pay a once-off application fee.

Application Fee: R100

This fee is non-refundable and covers administration and intake processing. The application fee does not form part of tuition fees.

📘 Monthly Tuition Fees

Tuition is charged per subject per month.

Per Subject Fee: R375 per subject per month

Minimum Subjects: Learners must register for at least two subjects.

Students must register for a minimum of two subjects.

Multi-Subject Discounts

• First two subjects: R375 per subjects
• Every additional subject after the first two: R350 per subject

📚 Upfront Payment Discounts

Students who choose to pay for multiple months in advance receive discounted tuition.

Three Months Upfront

5 percent discount on tuition fees

Six Months Upfront

8 percent discount on tuition fees

Twelve Months Upfront

10 percent discount on tuition fees

These discounts apply to tuition fees only and do not apply to the application fee.

⏳ Payment Timing

First Month

Students must pay their first month of tuition before joining live lessons or accessing programme support.

Ongoing Monthly Payments

Tuition payments are made in advance.

For example, payment made at the end of March covers classes for April.

🔄 Subject Replacements & Improvements

Students who wish to improve or replace a subject they previously wrote may do so at the same tuition rates listed above.

💡 Recommended Study Load

For many adult students we recommend taking two to three subjects per year, particularly for students who are working or managing other responsibilities.

Students studying full time may choose to take more subjects depending on their readiness.

Our academic team works with each student to develop a realistic study plan.

ReMatric SA believes that financial circumstances should not prevent students from returning to education.

We work continuously to expand access through partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and donations that support students who may not otherwise be able to access academic support.
